The SubProM project team had warm welcome the journalist team and introduced to them on the establishing history and promotion application of biogas technology, the improvement of small-scale anaerobic digesters at farmer households in the Mekong Delta region. Especially, the journalists really interested to models of popular anaerobic digesters and biogas application models for cooking and lighting which installed in the Biogas Park at College of Environment & Natural Resources, Cantho University.

Also in this trip, the journalists was guided to visit the large-scale biogas tank at Bac Lieu province. This is a 12,000 m3 covered in ground anaerobic reactor (CIGAR) with HDPE layer to treat for husbandry waste.
